Rehband

SUPPORT, WARMTH AND COMPRESSION FOR HARD TRAINING

Rehband supports are made for training situations where joints and support areas are placed under heavy load. Knee supports, back supports, an ankle brace, patellar support and thermal shorts provide compression, warmth and a more stable feel for squats, weightlifting, cross training, gym work and other sports where fit and controlled support matter.

Rehband has a long background in sports support gear, and its products have been developed with athletes and specialists. In practice, this shows in the anatomical fit, neoprene-based materials and the way different supports are built for different levels of load: lighter movement, heavier lifting, lower-back warmth or more targeted support for a specific area.

HOW TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT REHBAND SUPPORT?

For knee supports, the key difference is thickness and use case. A thinner 3 mm knee support is suited to lighter support, warmth and situations where the knee needs to move freely. A 7 mm knee support, such as the Rehband Blue Line Knee Support 7mm, is a firmer option for heavier squats, weightlifting and strength training when you want clearer compression and a more stable feel around the knee.

For back supports, the choice depends on whether you want firm support for heavy lifting or a lighter feel of warmth and compression for the lower back. Power Line and Blue Line back supports are options for exercises where extra support around the core and lower back is useful. QD Back Support 5mm is a good choice when the goal is lower-back warmth and a supportive but less bulky feel.

The assortment also includes more targeted supports: Force Ankle Brace Light for the ankle, Patellar Support X-Stable for the kneecap area and QD Thermal Zone Shorts for warmth around the hips and thighs. These are useful when you need support for a specific area instead of a general knee or back support.

REHBAND SUPPORTS FOR DIFFERENT TRAINING NEEDS

Choose your support based on training load, movement demands and the amount of compression you want. Heavy squats, leg press and strength training usually call for a firmer knee support. In varied gym and sport training, a thinner or more flexible support can feel more comfortable because it allows easier movement. A back support is worth considering when you want warmth and a more supported feel for the lower back during demanding lifts.

Correct sizing is important with Rehband products: the support should fit snugly without uncomfortable pressure or blocking normal movement. Always check the product-specific measurement and size information before choosing, especially with knee and back supports where compression directly affects comfort.

FAQ: REHBAND SUPPORTS

3 mm or 7 mm knee support?

Choose a 3 mm knee support when you want lighter support and more mobility. Choose a 7 mm knee support when your training focuses on heavy squats, weightlifting or strength work and you want firmer compression around the knee.

When should I choose a back support?

A back support is useful when you want warmth, compression and a more supported feel for the lower back during demanding lifts or physical work. It does not replace good lifting technique, but it can help the support feel more controlled.

How do I choose the right Rehband size?

Choose the size according to the product-specific size chart. The support should be snug and stay in place, but a size that is too small may feel uncomfortable and restrict movement too much.
