How do I choose the right length of jump rope?
Roughly:
If you are a beginner, add 90cm to your height
If you are a more advanced jumper, add 60cm to your height
If you don't know if you are a beginner or a more advanced jumper, take a 75cm measurement for your height.
When you are on the steps of two, choose the longer one, which can be shortened on your own.
As your skills improve, you can jump with a shorter rope!
